* Airports & Heavy Infrastructure Works,
* District Cooling Plants,
* Hospitals,
* Palace Complexes, Mosques etc.

The Maintenance Services are extended for External Clients too in addition to services offered to the Al Naboodah Group Companies and Sponsors. With adequate manpower and resources, the maintenance services are carried out in full compliance to the clients requirements. It is headed by a Maintenance Manager with a team of Engineers / Supervisors and Skilled/Unskilled Tradesmen to carry out various types of Maintenance Services. Detailed activities of Maintenance Services are classified as below :-

1) Maintenance Services for Yearly Contracts.
2) Maintenance Services for Modification / Refurbishment / Casual Contracts.
3) Contracts under Defects / Liability Period.
